    SCS is proud to present..."Journey to Christmas". Enjoy student performances as we celebrate our Saviour!

    Everyone is welcome to join us!  Please consider attending the afternoon performance as space is limited for the evening performance.  Both performances include the same content. K-8 students will be asked to stay in their classroom or designated area during the performances. Guests can enjoy hot cider at the evening performance.

    SCS staff meet individually with the high school students in their Student Advisory Session numerous times during the school year. The goal is to ensure that all high school students have an adult to connect with regarding school academics, relationships, school procedures, etc.

    Each time these sessions are held, there will be a list of meeting times outside the classrooms the day before. Chapel will be cancelled for grades 9-12 on Thursday and class periods will be altered on Thursday and Friday to accommodate this event (see schedule below).

    Once your child has completed Periods 1-5 and their Student Advisory Session, they are free to leave for the day.   


    Alternate class schedule for JANUARY 8 & 9 ONLY:

    Period 1:     8:45 am - 9:30 am
    Period 2:    9:30 am - 10:15 am
    Period 3:    10:15 am - 11:00 am
    Break:         11:00 am - 11:15 am
    Period 4:    11:15 am - 12:00 pm
    Period 5:    12:00 pm - 12:45 pm

    Ski Trip Information Packages were sent home with all students in grades 4-8 on December 3. All trip details and forms are included below or available at the School Office. 

    FORM SUBMISSION & PAYMENT DEADLINE:
    JANUARY 6, 2026*

    *This is a firm deadline as numbers must be given to Table Mountain in advance.  We cannot accept late payments.  Refunds will not be provided, so please select carefully.

    Exam length will be between 90 minutes and 3 hours depending on the exam and the skill of the student. Students are expected to be in the Commons Area or outside until they leave the premises.  The Gym will not be open for use.  Semester 2 begins on February 2.
