General Information
The Driver Education class is a specialized educational program designed to teach individuals the necessary skills and knowledge to become safe and responsible drivers. The primary goal of the class is to equip students with the information and abilities required to obtain a driver's license and to navigate the roadways with confidence.
Saskatoon Christian School is proud to partner with SGI-accredited instructor, Mr. Ifti Khan, through Leap Professional Driving School, Ltd.
The course includes:
- 30 hours in-class training held at Saskatoon Christian School
- 6 hours in-car training as scheduled by the instructor
- Class 7 learners knowledge test which is administered as part of the program and completed during the in-class instruction at school

Driver Education 2026
In-class training information
- August 26, 27, 28, 31, & September 1
- 9:00 am to 4:30 pm daily (bring a lunch)
- Location: Saskatoon Christian School
Remaining in-class training/in-car training:
- conducted during the school year as communicated by the instructor
Requirements:
- must be 15 years of age on or before January 31, 2027 (or by special approval of driving instructor)
Information and Forms:
- available on the SCS high school hallway information bulletin board or at SGI
- homeschool students are welcome
