Absence/Late Arrival/Early Departure Reporting
Accurate attendance is vital for the safety and security of students and staff. Please review the information below for more detailed information about how and where parents should report attendance for students in grades K-12.
To report absences/late arrivals/early departures 24/7:

- call 306-343-1494 and press "1" for attendance line.
Please provide your first and last name, your child's first and last name, your child's grade, and the reason for the absence.
Absence/Late Arrival/Early Departure Detailed Information
Important to note:
- Classroom teachers do NOT track attendance absences. Parents must contact the Receptionist for all attendance reports (see information above).
- Students cannot excuse themselves. Make sure all children in your household understand how these protocols affect them.
- Parents and students must enter/exit through main doors and report to the Receptionist upon arrival/departure.
Students who arrive late should see the Receptionist for a “late slip” so we know you have arrived.
