Registration packages will be sent home on Friday, April 19, with the youngest sibling in each family. Current families are no longer required to re-register their student(s) annually. Enrollment will be considered continuous from year-to-year unless parents/guardians inform the School Office of an official withdrawal. School administration reserves the right to discontinue a student’s continuous enrollment.

Please read carefully and follow the instructions. Submit completed forms to the Division Office (Business Office) no later than May 1.  Late submissions are subject to a $100 processing fee.  For questions about the registration process, contact the Division Office (Business Office) at 306-343-1494, ext. 294.

If any of the following apply to you, please email or call our School Office Manager, Marla Kotelnikoff, at 306-343-1494, ext. 246.

    • If you have a child who will be new to SCS (K-12), and you have not yet completed an application for the new student, please contact the School Office BEFORE registration to complete an Admission Application.

    • If you do not wish to register a student(s) for next year, please contact us to communicate your intention to withdraw (in writing) to the School Office. Neglecting to add a student's name to registration is not sufficient notice of withdrawal.

    • Student Media Consent Forms will no longer be sent home annually.  Consent will remain on file as per the permissions on your last form.  If you wish to inquire about or update your consent information, please contact the School Office.
