Click the blue application links at the bottom of this page to access the application packages that apply to you. Applications received after May 1 will be considered for grades in which seats are still available.  Please inquire about availability before submitting your application.

Send your completed application to our admissions team at admissions@saskatoonchristianschool.ca and use the handy checklist included in the package to ensure you submit all required paperwork.

Once we receive your completed application, we will be in contact with you to book your family interview with one of our administrators.  

NOTE: Once your application has been received as complete, the remainder of the process takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the time of year.

The family interview is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and your child(ren), hear a little about your faith journey, and understand how we can best serve your child in the classroom.  It is a also a chance for you to ask more about how we can partner with you to ensure the best possible success for your family at SCS.

New applicants will be accepted on the basis of a complete review of the academic information, the family interview, and reference forms.  Applicants will be contacted within 48 hours of the interview to learn the status of their application.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year: 
We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. Our administrators’ top priority is to ensure each student receives the support they need to succeed academically. Each year, our administrators diligently work to establish optimal class sizes and resource allocation, aiming for the greatest success in each classroom.  These decisions are made after May 15. For your application to be considered for the upcoming school year, your child will need to be successfully placed on our Registration Waitlist. We encourage all new families to start the application process early to ensure their child is on the Registration Waitlist prior to May 1.

Our administrators’ top priority is to ensure each student receives the support they need to succeed academically. Each year, our administrators diligently work to establish optimal class sizes and resource allocation, aiming for the greatest success in each classroom. We work hard to accommodate as many students as possible in relation to our classroom sizes and resources.

The last step to becoming officially registered is an appointment with the Division Office to set up your tuition payment plan.  We make it easy for every budget by providing options for payment in full or monthly.  You will be notified of your official registration appointment, and successful completion of registration means your child's seat in the classroom is guaranteed and he/she is ready to begin classes!

Congratulations! You have completed the process and officially become an SCS family!  

Did you know SCS typically retains nearly 90% of its student body each year?  So, we decided to make the lives of our returning families easier by implementing a system of “continuous enrolment” that eliminates the need for you to fill out paperwork every year. Continuous Enrolment allows you the comfort of knowing that your child’s seat is secure from the moment your child is accepted right through to graduation!*
